Job Role and Training Requirements
As a Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in BPS-11 at General Headquarters, you will be integral to the administrative support system. Your duties will include clerical work, data entry, managing files, and assisting in general office operations. This position requires accuracy and efficiency in handling various office tasks. To enhance your skills and ensure proficiency in modern office tools, all selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 03-week basic IT Training Course, which includes MS Office applications. This training, conducted by NITB, must be completed before the conclusion of the probationary period.Eligibility and Age Criteria
Applicants must have a Matriculation certificate from a recognized board. Essential requirements include a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute and computer literacy. The age limit for this position is 18 to 30 years. Age will be calculated as of the application closing date, September 14, 2025. Age relaxations will be provided as per government rules for specified categories, including disabled individuals, candidates from Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, AK, and GB, and retired Armed Forces personnel.Application Process

درخواست دہندگان کے پاس کسی تسلیم شدہ بورڈ سے میٹرک کا سرٹیفکیٹ ہونا ضروری ہے۔ لازمی تقاضوں میں کم از کم 30 الفاظ فی منٹ کی ٹائپنگ کی رفتار اور کمپیوٹر خواندگی شامل ہے۔ اس پوزیشن کے لیے عمر کی حد 18 سے 30 سال ہے۔ عمر کا شمار درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 14 ستمبر 2025 تک کیا جائے گا۔ سرکاری قواعد کے مطابق معذور افراد، سندھ (آر)، بلوچستان، سابقہ فاٹا، آزاد کشمیر اور گلگت بلتستان کے امیدواروں اور ریٹائرڈ مسلح افواج کے اہلکاروں سمیت مخصوص زمروں کے لیے عمر میں رعایت دی جائے گی۔
