Organization and Opportunity

SIBA Testing Services (STS), on behalf of the School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, invites online applications for the position of Junior Science Teacher (BPS-14). Eligible candidates must hold a domicile of Sindh and be permanent residents of the province. This position is initially temporary but may be confirmed based on performance. A total of 1237 posts are available across all districts of Sindh.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Science Graduate having at least 50% marks from an Institute/university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Domicile: All Districts of Sindh.
Age Limit: 21-28 Years (General age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules of the Government of Sindh).

Application Guidelines

1. Interested candidates must submit their applications online through the STS Portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk. Manual applications will not be accepted.
2. Candidates must upload scanned copies of their CNIC (front and back), domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic documents (including percentage/marks certificates). Completion of degrees is mandatory; appearance certificates are not accepted.
3. Candidates with disabilities must upload their CNIC featuring the “Wheelchair” logo issued by NADRA along with a disability certificate issued by DEPD.
4. Applicants should apply for the position subject to the availability of vacancies in their respective districts. District-wise vacancy lists are available on the official SE&LD website: https://www.sindheducation.gov.pk/.
5. Statutory quotas (minorities, people with disabilities) will be maintained as per applicable rules.
6. After completing the online application, download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL App. Alternatively, payment can be made through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank using the 1Bill reference number. This fee is non-refundable.
7. All relevant documents must be issued on or before the closing date. Eligibility criteria (age, qualifications, domicile) are determined based on the last date of the advertisement.
8. The domicile and PRC-D submitted will be considered final.
9. Incomplete applications/documents or those submitted after the closing date will not be processed.

Passing the written/objective test alone does not guarantee employment; applicants must meet all other terms and conditions.
SE&LD reserves the right to add, remove, or reallocate vacant positions.

Test details (date, time, venue) and other updates (admit slips, results) will be communicated via SMS and uploaded on the STS website/portal. Candidates must visit the portal/website regularly.
No queries will be entertained one week prior to the scheduled written test.
No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
