Job Opportunity

The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, has announced numerous vacancies for teaching staff under the Recruitment Policy 2024. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding local/domicile of the concerned districts for the position of Junior Arabic Teacher (JAT) on a contract basis.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

Graduation with Arabic as a major subject and a recognized Arabic Teacher Training Certificate (ATTC) from a HEC recognized institution.
OR
Shahadat-ul-Aalia from Wafaq-ul-Madaris along with a recognized ATTC.
OR
Graduation along with a recognized teaching certificate in Arabic.

General Terms and Conditions

Domicile: Applicants must have the local/domicile of the district they are applying for.
Age Limit: The age limit for applicants is up to 55 years.
Contract Duration: The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of 18 months.
Quotas: Government-prescribed quotas for women (12%), minorities (5%), and persons with disabilities (5%) will be strictly observed.
Selection Criteria: Selection will be based on a merit formula calculated from academic qualifications: Matriculation (33%), Intermediate (33%), and Bachelor's Degree (34%).
