Job Overview

Square One Mall is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Junior Manager Operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will handle overall mall operational concerns, maintain strong tenant relations, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth mall environment and delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Manage overall operational concerns of the mall.
• Maintain good relations with all tenants within the mall.
• Assist Sr. Manager Operations in providing superior tenant/customer service by attending complaints and suggestions of the tenants.
• Make sure SOPs are being followed.
• Perform monthly shop audits and share feedback with Sr. Manager Operations.
• Ensure no deadlock is creating an overall smooth mall operations environment.
• Actively monitor and aggressively follow up with all concerned units on all open maintenance logged complaints registered by the Operations unit to ensure early closure.
• Thorough coordination and follow up with all tenants regarding routine or special issues which are supposed to be completed in certain timelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Graduate degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail, food services, or mall management.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
