This is an open merit position for Junior Clerk (BPS-11) at the Directorate Small Industries and Sericulture Balochistan. The positions are available across multiple divisions including Kalat, Zhob, Nasirabad, Makran, Kohaan, BB Division, and Quetta. The Junior Clerk will be responsible for general administrative and clerical duties.

Prescribed Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board. A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in computer or IT software, enhancing their capability to manage modern office tasks efficiently.

Age and Gender Requirements

The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 28 years. However, age relaxation may be granted as per government rules. This position is open to both male and female candidates.

Domicile and Place of Posting

Applicants must possess a local or domicile certificate of Balochistan and provide an attested copy of their CNIC. The places of posting are spread across various divisions of Balochistan, including Kalat, Zhob, Nasirabad, Makran, Kohaan, BB Division, and Quetta.

• Government employees must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
• Candidates meeting the required criteria must attach attested copies of all educational certificates, CNIC, local/domicile, and one attested photograph with their application.
• Candidates will be called for a test and interview in Quetta.
• All documents submitted with the application must be properly attested.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• The number of advertised posts may increase or decrease.
• As per the directives of the Government of Balochistan, a 5% quota is reserved for disabled candidates and a 5% quota for female candidates.
• No recommendation from a government employee will be accepted.

All applications must reach the office by 20 June, 2025. Ensure all photocopies of documents are attested.
