Job Overview

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Clerk at the University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus. This position is offered on a contingent paid / work charge staff basis for individuals domiciled in Punjab. One post is available.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

The minimum qualification required is:
i. Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board; and
ii. twenty-five words per minute typing speed in English on computer and proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application.

Age Limit

The age limit for this position is 18-30 years.

The applicants must submit a set of job application form that must contain attested copies of Both Sides of the Result Cards, Experience Certificates (if any), Domicile, CNIC and recent Passport size photograph complete in all respect.
Please clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
It is mandatory for candidates to deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- in any Branch of Bank of Punjab (BOP). Application forms submitted without the processing fee will not be considered or entertained.
The fee must be deposited on the prescribed challan form generated online via the link https://lhr.uog.edu.pk/MISC/OnlineHRCustomChallan. The Original Receipt (Department Copy) must be provided along with a hard copy of the application form.

The above-mentioned post is purely on a Contingent Paid / Work Charge Staff Basis and the hired/selected candidate/staff shall neither confer any right of regular appointment nor shall such appointment be regularized under any circumstances. They will not have any right to suit a case in any Court of Law for their hiring/continuation/firing/regularization or any other reason related to their further engagement or termination under any circumstances.
Shortlisting of the applicants shall be made by the procedure laid down by the University. The University shall inform only the candidates called for interview and recommended candidates by the Selection Committee through offer/appointment letters upon approval of the Appointing Authority.
