Job Announcement

The University of Gujrat invites applications from suitable male/female candidates, who are residents of Punjab and hold Pakistani citizenship, to provide services on a temporary remuneration/work charge basis for the following posts at its Hafiz Hayat Campus.

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.
2. The above-mentioned posts are purely temporary/work charge basis for a period of 89 days. The duration may be extended based on satisfactory performance. This temporary appointment does not confer any right to permanent employment, nor can it be challenged in any court of law for permanent appointment. If a candidate is found to have submitted false documents or misrepresented facts, their employment will be terminated immediately, and legal action may be taken.
3. Shortlisting of candidates will be done according to the University's prescribed procedure. The University will inform only the selected candidates about the further process (test/interview/nomination). Appointment letters will be issued with the approval of the appointing authority.
4. Walk-in interviews will be conducted as per the schedule.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing for the interview.
6. Relaxation in the upper age limit can be granted as per the rules of the Government of Punjab.
7. The department reserves the right to amend/cancel the published conditions or increase/decrease the number of posts. The appointment policy cannot be challenged in any court of law.

Application Method (Walk-in Interview)

Interested candidates should appear for a walk-in interview. Candidates must bring a handwritten application on plain paper along with attested copies of the following documents:

• CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• Domicile (Punjab only)
• Educational Certificates
• Experience Certificate (if any)
• Two recent passport-size photographs

Venue: Human Resources Office, Admin Block, First Floor, Room No. 104, University of Gujrat Hafiz Hayat Campus.
