What You'll Do

• Support QMS & CMMI process compliance
• Analyze process data and performance
• Maintain documentation and objective evidence
• Support audits, assessments, and process monitoring
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process coordination

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Quality Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis & visualization
• Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills
