Jr. Inspector Of Mine/Rescue Instructor/ Research Officer

Position Overview

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is recruiting for three (03) posts of Jr. Inspector of Mine/Rescue Instructor/ Research Officer (BS-17) on a regular basis for the Inspectorate of Mines, Punjab, Mines & Minerals Department. The available posts include one (01) for Open Merit and two (02) reserved for the Women Quota.

Qualifications

i) Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
ii) 1st Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency granted under the Mines Act, 1923, Rules & Regulation made thereunder.

Age Limit

• Male: 24 to 35 + 5 years general age relaxation = 40 years
• Female: 24 to 35 + 8 years general age relaxation = 43 years

Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

Domicile and Posting

• Gender: Male, Female & Transgender
• Domicile: All Punjab basis
• Place of Posting: All Punjab basis.

Syllabus for Written Examination

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus will consist of Qualification related questions (100%).
