ATCO Laboratories Limited is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join their team. This position is based in Karachi.Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles (Image mentions both 2-3 years and minimum 3 years, using minimum 3 years).
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, assign, monitor and escalate IT Tickets.
- Provide initial troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on IT support trends and resolution efficiency.
- Assist in updating IT documentation related to support procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT Support and IT Infrastructure team to ensure smooth support operations.
- Assign Rights in People Partners.
