Intelligence Security Specialist

Job Overview

The Provincial Security Unit (PSU), Home Department, Government of Sindh, is looking for a dedicated Intelligence Security Specialist. This contractual role, based in Karachi, is for two years, extendable based on performance. The specialist will play a key role in intelligence operations, security protocols, and threat mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

• Managing intelligence security operations and threat assessments.
• Overseeing intelligence cycles, risk analysis, and response strategies.
• Ensuring effective intelligence coordination.
• Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and recommending improvements.
• Experience in the Ministry of Interior, Security Forces, or Intelligence Agencies will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university in Security Studies, Law Enforcement, Warfare, or a relevant field.
Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in intelligence security, threat assessment, or law enforcement.
• Proven experience in intelligence cycles, risk and response management, and intelligence coordination.
• Expertise in developing SOPs and conducting vulnerability assessments.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Ministry of Interior, Security Forces Department, or Intelligence Agencies.
