Information Security Lead

CoreHR Solutions is looking for an experienced Information Security Lead to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect our digital assets. You will design and oversee the organization's comprehensive security framework and manage advanced security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Design and oversee the organization's information security framework.
• Implement and manage security technologies such as MFA, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability management tools.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant security and privacy regulations.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Lead employee security awareness and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Leadership to strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Manage third-party security assessments and client security questionnaires.
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend appropriate security improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, CEH, or Security+) are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Information/Cyber Security.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, risk management, and security tools.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and incident management.
