National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals for immediate recruitment as HTV / Heavy Transport Trailer Drivers. Vacancies are available at multiple locations across Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Age Limit: 28 to 52 years.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and medically sound.
• Education: Minimum Middle pass. Matriculation is preferred.
• License: Must possess a valid HTV Driving License as per regulations.

Salary and Benefits

NLC offers an attractive compensation package:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 69,752/- (including monthly ration allowance).
• Performance Bonus: Up to Rs. 40,000/- per month based on performance (meeting monthly mileage targets).
• Cash Awards: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- based on performance.
• Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 4-8 basic salaries based on performance.
• Other Benefits: CP Fund, Group Insurance, free medical facilities for self and family (as per NLC service rules), annual leave encashment up to Rs. 150,000/- (including medical allowance).
