Job Overview

PPCBL is inviting applications for the position of HR Strategy & Organizational Development Head from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from a HEC-recognized / foreign institution.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Drive talent, succession, leadership development, and career architecture programs
• Lead culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Develop HR policies, frameworks, and people practices based on business needs and best practices
• Establish HR analytics and metrics to measure organizational and people effectiveness
• Lead OD interventions, capability-building, and continuous improvement programs
