Job Overview

The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) is looking for a Help Desk Analyst (BPS-11). The Help Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure users can work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Log and track support requests in a help desk system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff.
• Assist with user account management and system access.
• Requires 05 years of service in a relevant capacity.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

• B.E / BCS / BS / BSc / BCOM / DIT (Diploma in Information Technology) in Computer Science, IT, IS, or Electronics.
• 03 - 05 years of experience in a relevant IT support or help desk role.
• 05 years of overall service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, applications, and hardware.

The age limit for this position is 25 years. General age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
