Role Overview
The Head of Sales (National) will be a key leadership figure responsible for spearheading the sales efforts of the company on a national level. Key responsibilities include:- Demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant sales growth in funds.
- Planning and executing strategic retail and institutional sales initiatives through the company's country-wide branch network to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales (National) position should possess the following qualifications and experience:- An MBA or Graduate degree from an HEC approved university.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within an Asset Management Company or a reputable Financial Institution.
