Job Overview

The Bank of Punjab, one of the fastest-growing banks in Pakistan with over 35 years of existence and 900+ branches, is seeking applications for the position of Head of Marketing Strategy & Branding. This role falls under Corporate Banking, Staff & Strategic Initiatives. Candidates are expected to lead brand strategies, formulate marketing plans, and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
• Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the proper execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
• Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive the creation of diverse content types including internal and external messages, articles, videos, and infographics.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of the date of application.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking or non-banking experience in managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
