Job Overview

An esteemed asset management company in Pakistan is looking for a qualified professional for the Head of Legal / Senior Law Officer position. The role involves coordinating with legal counsels for pending litigation, drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, MoUs, and providing legal opinions on corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings, and other corporate legal matters.
To draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents.
To prepare, draft, present legal opinions, letters, and memoranda on all sorts of corporate matters.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum LLB preferably LLM degree from HEC recognized university with 5 years of practice experience.
