We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced individual to lead our Information Technology department as the Head of Information Technology. Key Responsibilities

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Driving the company's digital transformation initiatives.
• Driving the adoption of AI agents and automation to boost overall efficiency.
• Utilizing the latest technology and AI to optimise internal processes and enhance efficiencies.
• Implementing business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensuring robust cybersecurity measures and maintaining a comprehensive IT governance framework.
• Building, leading, and developing a high-performing IT team, and championing change for the smooth adoption of new technology, including AI.
• Ensuring all organizational IT needs are met and a high level of IT user satisfaction is achieved.

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, along with relevant certifications.

Required Competencies

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and attributes:

• Sound understanding of AI tools and business intelligence implementation.
• Proven expertise in ERP transformation, particularly with Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape.

• A collaborative and visionary team leader.
