It operates under the guidance of an independent Board of Governors, dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Rawalpindi.

Job Responsibilities

As a Head Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, assigning duties, overseeing patient care, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. You will also be involved in training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of care in your assigned unit.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or a relevant nursing diploma with significant post-qualification experience in a clinical setting. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within nursing is highly preferred. Applicants must be between 18 and 62 years of age. Competitive salaries will be offered based on qualifications and experience. All required documents, including qualification certificates, experience letters, and any relevant licenses, must be uploaded.
