About the Position

Pak China Investment Company Limited (PCICL) invites applications from dynamic, experienced and results oriented professionals for the position of Group Head, Compliance & HR at its Head Office in Islamabad. The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Company's Compliance, Human Resources and Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Compliance Officer, the incumbent will lead and oversee the Compliance function in accordance with the State Bank of Pakistan's Compliance Risk Management Guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements relating to AML/CFT and the Company's internal policies and procedures.
The incumbent will also provide leadership in the Human Resources and Administration functions, including the formulation, review and effective implementation of the Company's strategy, policies and related operations.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should possess 16 years of education in Business Administration, MPA, Economics, Commerce, CA or an equivalent discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, preferably with significant experience in regulatory compliance related role.
