Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager Utilities in Islamabad. This role requires managing utilities and maintenance operations to ensure uninterrupted supply of resources. Candidates will develop maintenance policies, oversee mechanical workshop activities, and minimize utility-related breakdowns.

Job Responsibilities

Manage utilities and maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective, uninterrupted supply of resources.
Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of all utilities required for the production plan, including Raw Water, Steam, Electricity, Compressed Air, High-Pressure Air, and CO2.
Perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment and machinery.
Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification.
Manage mechanical workshop activities and day-to-day operations of utility sections.

Job Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
7-8 years of progressive experience in utilities or maintenance management, preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
