Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at MAMMOTH-AI, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualizing and designing impactful graphics for diverse digital platforms, such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Creating visually striking designs for print materials, including brochures, presentations, posters, and various marketing collateral.
• Collaborating effectively with marketing, product, and content teams to transform ideas into captivating campaigns and visual narratives.
• Developing and diligently maintaining brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all projects and touchpoints.
• Staying continuously updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver fresh and innovative creative work.
• Performing regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of design software and tools.
• Efficiently handling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this Graphic Designer position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience in the industry.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of professional design experience, gained either in an agency setting or an in-house design department.
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, as well as Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and versatility across different media types.
• An excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback gracefully.
• The capacity to work both independently with initiative and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team environment.
