CBD Punjab seeks a skilled Visualizer to join our Technical team. This role involves creating compelling visual representations of our projects and concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to transform conceptual ideas into engaging visual narratives, contributing to the effective communication of our development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations.
• Transforming conceptual ideas and architectural plans into engaging visual representations.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensuring all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Staying updated with the latest visualization software and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum Experience: 5 years in a similar role.
• Required Skills: Expertise in transforming conceptual ideas into engaging visual representations, proficiency in relevant visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). PCATP Certificate may be required if background is Architecture.

5. All Positions are on Full-time basis.
6. Valid PEC License/Certificate; PCATP Certificate, in case of Engineer / Architect shall be submitted.
7. The Appointing Authority reserves the right to accept/ reject candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
