Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Project Management Unit under the PC-I titled Chief Minister’s “Plant for Pakistan” Initiative, Punjab, Lahore, at the Office of the Project Director, Green Pakistan Programme, is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer (PPS-7). This position is offered on a purely contractual basis for the project period and involves creating visually compelling designs for various platforms. The posting can be anywhere in Punjab.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree (16 years qualification) in Fine Arts or Film & TV or Computer Science, or other relevant degree from an HEC recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in creating visually compelling designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience working on diverse projects including branding, print materials, digital graphics, and web design is essential.

Required Skills

Candidates must possess strong artistic skills, proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.

Age Limit

The age limit for applicants is 23-30 years. General age relaxation of +05 years for males and +08 years for females in the upper age limit is applicable as per Govt. of Punjab S&GAD Notification No.SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08.08.2016.

2. In addition to the online application, candidates must send a hard copy of the online submitted form, educational degrees, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and 2 photographs, all duly attested, along with a detailed CV.

4. The deadline for receiving hard copy applications in the office is 23.04.2025.
5. Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the envelope.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.
7. Candidates must bring original documents (educational degrees, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC) along with attested copies and 2 photographs at the time of the interview.
8. Only candidates from Punjab Province are eligible.

Important Conditions

• Recruitment is purely contractual for the project duration.
• Only shortlisted candidates based on eligibility and experience will be called for a test/interview. The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee will be final.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time.
• Selected candidates will not have any claim for permanent appointment.
