General Supervisor

Job Description

The General Supervisor will be a key member of the NCDC support staff, responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. Key duties include monitoring and overseeing the duties of support staff like office boys, janitorial staff, and security guards, assisting with logistical arrangements for meetings and events, and ensuring the availability of office supplies. You will also handle maintenance requests, support record-keeping of assets, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following to be eligible for this role:

• Education: At least FA / FSc / Diploma.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory or administrative role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
