Job Overview
The Competition Commission of Pakistan invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Personal Assistant / Office Assistant. This appointment will be on a two-year contract basis. The role involves providing essential administrative and clerical support within the Commission.Key Responsibilities & Professional Credentials
The selected candidates will be responsible for the following duties:- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Assist in documentation, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure timely dispatch of documents and internal communications.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Possess good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a government/semi-government setting will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Business Administration, or Social Sciences, which equates to a minimum of 14 years of education. A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required. The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years.General Terms and Conditions
- Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
- Candidates must possess the required qualifications, experience, and meet the age criteria.
- Shortlisting will be based on qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
- No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the test/interview.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel after obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
- A general age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit may be granted as admissible under the rules.
- Selection will be based purely on merit. Any attempt to exert undue influence on the selection process will lead to disqualification.
- The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any applications or postpone the appointment process as permissible under the applicable rules.
