A well-established Exploration & Production Company is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced professional for the key position of General Manager (Drilling Operations). This role is crucial for overseeing all drilling and work-over operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the upstream oil and gas sector.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following stringent criteria to be considered for this high-profile role:

• Qualification: A Bachelor of Engineering degree from a reputable national or foreign university, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 16 years of professional, relevant post-qualification experience. This must include at least 07 years in a management role with large companies involved in drilling and work-over operations in the upstream oil & gas sector.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 55 years.

Terms of Employment

The selected candidate will be offered attractive terms, including:

• A 03-year contract employment, which is extendable by mutual consent.
• A market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and according to the company's policy.
• Candidates with a foreign degree must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.
