Job Overview

Project Management Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education and Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh invites expressions of interest from individual consultants for the position of Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10).

Qualification and Experience

Qualification: CA, ACCA, ICMA or equivalent professional qualification. Master's degree (16 years education) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Commerce from an HEC recognized university/institution will also be accepted.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of proven relevant experience, preferably in government or international public sector accounting, standardizing reports, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP, and enterprise planning tools (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Knowledge and execution of Government Financial and Accounts System (FABS).
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
