Organization Overview

The Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit, public-sector company established to provide financial and technical assistance for innovative projects aimed at population planning, improving access to, and generating demand for family planning services. PPIF plays a vital role in promoting sustainable population growth for equitable economic development and social progress in Punjab.

Project Context

PPIF invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Finance Associate under its Male Engagement-II project (Scale-up of Strengthening Family Planning Services through Health Insurance/Social Security Programs in 5 Districts of Punjab). The position is based in Lahore; however, travel to various districts within Punjab will be required.

Role and Responsibilities

The Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the project. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and utilizing accounting software (specifically ERP like SAP B-1). The role demands strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: 16 Years of Education in Finance / Accounts / Commerce (Finance) or ACCA from an HEC recognized Institution.
• Experience: Minimum (02) Two years of relevant professional experience.
• Age Limit: Not more than 42 years on the last date of receipt of the applications.
• Project Duration: The service contract will be for 24 months or the completion of the project, based on performance.
• Added Advantage: Preference will be given to individuals with experience on foreign-funded projects and those with relevant field work experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Advanced MS Office skills (Especially in MS Excel).
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software, specifically ERP (SAP B-1).
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

1. Online Application:
Submit your application through the Punjab Government Job Portal at https://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk no later than Tuesday, 20th May 2025.

2. Application via Courier:
Send the hard copy of your application, including the duly filled and signed Job Application Form (available on the PPIF website), an updated CV, two recent passport-size photographs, and attested photocopies of CNIC, all educational certificates, and experience certificates to the postal address provided below. The envelope must clearly mention the title of the position applied for. The deadline for receiving applications via courier is Friday, 23rd May 2025, before the close of office hours (i.e., 05:00 PM).
