Organization Overview

Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit, public-sector company established to provide financial and technical assistance for innovative projects aimed at population planning, improving access to, and generating demand for family planning services. PPIF is working towards sustainable population growth for equitable and inclusive economic development and social progress.

Position Summary

PPIF invites applications for the position of Finance Associate under its Male Engagement-II project (Scale-up of Strengthening Family Planning Services through Health Insurance/Social Security Programs in 5 Districts of Punjab). The position is based in Lahore; however, it requires field travel to various districts.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Associate will be involved in various financial and accounting tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and bookkeeping procedures related to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: 16 Years of Education in Finance / Accounts / Commerce (Finance) OR ACCA from an HEC recognized Institution.
• Experience: Minimum two (02) years of relevant professional experience.
• Age Limit: Not more than 42 years on the last date of receipt of the applications.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced MS Office skills (Especially in MS Excel).
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software, especially ERP (SAP B-1).
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

Added Advantage

• Preference will be given to individuals having work experience on foreign-funded projects.
• Preference will be given to individuals with relevant work experience in the Public Sector/ Development Sector or Family Planning.

Contract Duration

The duration of the service contract will be 24 months / Completion of the project / Requirement of the projects, based on performance during the project.

• Updated CV
• Two (02) recent passport-size photographs
• Attested photocopies of CNIC, all educational certificates, and experience certificates.

The hard copy application must reach the office by Friday, 23rd May 2025, before the close of office hours (i.e., 05:00 PM).

Important Notes:
