Role Overview and Responsibilities

FasalPay is currently expanding its operations to new geographies and is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Operations Executive to lead this growth in Sheikhupura. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong desire for accelerated career development. The role will involve significant coordination with farmers and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector. Preference will be given to local candidates from the Sheikhupura area.

Key Requirements

To be considered for the Field Operations Executive position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in roles that require coordination with farmers and other agri-related stakeholders.
• Education: A graduate degree is required. Candidates with a degree in Agriculture (Agri-graduates) will be preferred.
