Role: Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant-leader for your Scrum team(s), helping them to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with Agile principles. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach the team in Agile practices to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (General)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.
• Help the team remove impediments and protect them from outside interruptions.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Work with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
