Job Overview

CBD Punjab is looking for an Executive Human Resource to join our HR & IT department. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and specialized experience in the execution and documentation of HR programs, policies, and procedures. This role is essential for maintaining efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing HR programs and initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's OR Master's in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum Experience: 4 years in Human Resource Management.
• Required Skills: Specialized experience in execution and documentation of HR programs, policies, and procedures etc.

8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
