About the Role at PERA

The Directorate General Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), Lahore, has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. PERA aims to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for the effective enforcement of special laws. PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals for various positions on a contract basis for a period of 03 years, extendable on satisfactory performance. The position of Assistant Manager Discipline (SPPP-5) focuses on maintaining workplace discipline at PERA. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in handling disciplinary cases, conducting inquiries, and promoting a culture of compliance with organizational rules and regulations.

Hiring shall be carried out as per the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (Appointment and Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.

Incomplete applications will not be considered and shall be rejected.
No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates for appearing in any test or interview.
Only candidates who are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria will be called for a test and/or interview.
The deadline for submission of applications is 25th June 2025.
Individuals currently employed in Government Departments must apply through the proper official channels and are required to meet the minimum criteria as stipulated in the PERA Regulations.
The Director General of PERA reserves the unequivocal right to increase or decrease the number of available posts at any time, or to terminate or abolish the recruitment process for any specific post or the entire process at any stage, without assigning any reason thereof.
