Role and Responsibilities

The Executive Director Finance will be a key leadership role within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance, and relevant expertise in Authority-level financial strategy. This role requires proven experience in overseeing all aspects of financial and accounting operations, from developing and executing financial plans to ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will be adept at optimizing financial performance to drive growth, enhance profitability, and support long-term organizational success. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required for this esteemed position.

• Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of PCBDA.
• Age relaxation of up to five (05) years; in upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
• Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
• Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
