CBD Punjab is looking for an experienced Director for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) & Joint Ventures (JV). This strategic role involves managing complex regulatory frameworks, leading negotiations, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex regulatory frameworks related to PPP and JV projects.
• Leading negotiations for partnerships and joint ventures.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with private sector partners and government agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration.
• Minimum Experience: 12 years in managing PPP and JV projects.
• Required Skills: Expertise in managing complex regulatory frameworks, leading negotiations, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering innovation, sustainability, and economic growth through effective public-private partnerships and Joint Ventures.

5. All Positions are on Full-time basis.
6. Valid PEC License/Certificate; PCATP Certificate, in case of Engineer / Architect shall be submitted.
7. The Appointing Authority reserves the right to accept/ reject candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Candidate already serving in Govt/Semi Govt Departments shall apply through proper channel and submit NOC from their respective departments along with the application. Their selection will be done as per defined rules and regulations of CBDDA.
9. Age relaxation of up to five (05) years for upper age limit for Retired Government/Military personnel will be allowed as per Human Resource Regulations.
10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
11. Candidates with experience in relevant field will be considered.
