Position Overview

The Deputy General Manager (RE&PM) will be responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of PIAHCL's nationwide commercial property portfolio. This strategic role is crucial for ensuring maximum financial returns, regulatory compliance, and overall operational efficiency of the company's real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves overseeing all aspects of property management, including strategic leasing and rental operations to maximize occupancy and revenue. The DGM will also be responsible for the efficient disposal and procurement of properties, ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory frameworks. Key duties include managing property mutation and title regularization processes, as well as coordinating with and overseeing third-party service providers for property management. The incumbent will enhance the long-term value of the Company’s real estate assets and uphold public sector governance standards.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution is required. Professional certifications in Real Estate/Property Management are highly preferred, indicating specialized knowledge in the field.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years in a senior management role managing large-scale real estate portfolios, leasing, and disposals. Proven experience with property mutation, procurement, tenant management, and compliance with public sector regulations is essential. Experience with government entities, banks, insurance companies, or public sector enterprises will be preferred, demonstrating relevant industry exposure.
