Project Overview

The Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP), a Government of Balochistan initiative, is recruiting for various contractual roles to support its operations in Gwadar. These positions are for a two-year term.

Position Details: Driver (PPS-1)

Eight Driver positions are available. Responsibilities include safe operation and maintenance of project vehicles. These positions are open only to candidates from District Gwadar.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Matric from a recognized Board and having a valid driving LTV license.
• Experience: HTV license holders will be preferred.
• Merit: District Gwadar only.

General Terms and Conditions

The positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable to a total of two years based on satisfactory performance, purely on a contract basis with a fixed annual increment for the second year. Candidates can apply separately for multiple posts. Only shortlisted candidates based on qualifications (for PPS-01 in ratio 1:6) will be called for an interview. Recruitment quotas set by the Government of Balochistan for females, persons with disabilities, and minorities will be observed. The maximum age limit is 43 years as per Government of Balochistan age relaxation policy. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC.

Candidates for PPS-1 positions from Gwadar District only, including Driver, must submit a written application. The application should mention the post applied for and include a complete biodata/CV with contact numbers, attested photocopies of CNIC, Mark Sheet, Degrees, and Experience Certificates, along with two passport-size fresh photographs.
