Organization Overview

The Urban Unit, part of the Planning & Development Board, Government of Punjab, works on sustainable urban solutions. They require experienced professionals for key project-based management roles.

Role Summary

The Divisional Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Urban Unit projects and activities within a specific division of Punjab. This leadership role requires strong management and coordination skills to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (Illustrative)

• Manage all project activities within the assigned division.
• Coordinate with provincial headquarters, district teams, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee project staff, including Field Managers and Survey Supervisors.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation at the divisional level.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.

Qualifications (General Requirements)

Typically, a Master's degree in Management, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Project Management, or a related field is required. Significant relevant experience (e.g., 5+ years) in project management or public sector management, particularly in a leadership role, is expected.
