Job Overview

The GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology is seeking a Director for Security & Protocol. The selected candidate will oversee all security arrangements, ensure risk mitigation, and coordinate with civil administration. This position demands exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of security management practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Lt Col. (or equivalent) who have retired within the last five years. Commanding experience in security or intelligence setups within the Armed Forces or Police is required. Preference is given to officers with command experience of fighting arms/Civil Armed Forces (CAF).

Additional Qualifications

Candidates should have updated knowledge of security management practices and risk mitigation strategies. Familiarity with academic institutional environments is considered a plus.
