Role Overview

The Director, Outreach is responsible for building and executing Daanish University's national talent identification and pipeline strategy. The Director will coordinate and manage the priority workstreams for Outreach, lead the DU National STEAM Talent Unit, and ensure that the university attracts a diverse, high-potential inaugural cohort from every region and socio-economic background.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification: Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of post-qualification experience, with preferably five or more years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale projects. Proven track record of managing national campaigns or programmes, reaching diverse, large-scale audiences.
