Position Overview

The Office of the Director General/Administrator, Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority (PHOTA), Lahore, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab province for the position of Director Legal on a contract basis for five (05) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Option 1: LLM/Barrister at Law with post-qualification experience of 8 years as a legal practitioner or solicitor.
Option 2: LLB with post-qualification experience of 08 years as a legal practitioner or solicitor, including handling 20 High Court cases, one reported criminal case in the High Court, and expertise in criminal matters or trials.

Job Details

Location: Head Office, Lahore
Pay Package: 275,000/- Per month (lump sum)
Age Limit: Up to 55 years

Application Procedure

Applicants must submit their applications on the prescribed proforma, downloadable from phota.punjab.gov.pk, to the Office of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore.
Attach attested copies of: Updated CV, All educational degrees/diplomas/certificates, Provisional Certificate/Result Card(s), All experience certificates, PMDC/PMC Registration (if applicable), National Identity Card, Domicile, 3 Fresh passport-size colored photographs.
Include a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1,500/- in favor of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, Lahore.
Government servants must apply through the proper channel.
The last date for submission of applications is 15th May 2025 by 5:00 PM.

Important Notes

Appointment will be made according to the Contract Policy-2004 & Recruitment Policy-2022.
Educational degrees and experience certificates will be verified.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview/test. No TA/DA allowed.
Age relaxation is already included in the upper age limit.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
