Job Overview

PIPOS, Peshawar, invites applications for the position of Director Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the institute, ensuring financial health, and compliance with regulations. This is a leadership role requiring extensive experience and strategic financial management skills. The contract agreement will be for a period of 1 year, extendable subject to satisfactory progress upon the recommendation and approval of the Board of Management (BOM).

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualification:
Candidates shall be a reputable individual with either:

• A Master's degree in Finance or Accounts with ten years' experience in Finance/Accounts in a Major Private or Public Company/ Institution.
• OR A Chartered Accountant/ ICMA/ACCA/ACMA/FCMA with a minimum professional experience of 7 years.

Age Limit

The age limit for this position is up to 55 years.

Applications, accompanied with complete bio-data, academic/experience/domicile certificates, 02 recent photographs, and a CNIC photocopy (duly attested), must reach the Managing Director, PIPOS, Plot# 6 B, Sector B-3, Phase-5, Hayatabad Peshawar, through registered courier/post office within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form. By-hand submissions will not be entertained.

A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- must be submitted along with the application. This can be done via Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Managing Director-PIPOS or through direct deposit in National Bank, A/C Number # 3011697978.

Terms & Conditions:

• Applicants must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting will be done either by a written test or by their pre-interview marks or both.
• If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted after the closing time and date will be rejected.
• The Scrutiny Committee can reject incomplete applications. Aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent forum of PIPOS for review.
• Experience marks will be given only to those candidates who have experience in the relevant subject/field, and experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after the prescribed qualifications for the post(s).
• PIPOS may hold a screening test for shortlisting if there is a large number of candidates.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
• The competent authority has the power to increase or decrease or even cancel the post as per the requirement of PIPOS.
• No TA/DA is allowed for Test/Interview.
