Director (Digital Transformation)

About the Role

As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading and executing the ministry's digital transformation strategy. This involves identifying opportunities for technological innovation, overseeing the implementation of new digital systems, and fostering a culture of change. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing government services and processes.

Qualifications and Conditions

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related IT disciplines from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. This must include at least five (5) years in a senior management level position within the IT industry.
