About the Job

The Ministry of Defence, Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB) Department is seeking applications for the position of Director (BS-19). This position is specifically open for retired armed forces officers looking for re-employment opportunities. The job posting is based in Rawalpindi. Applicants must meet the maximum age limit of 55 years and possess the relevant military background as a retired Lt Col, Maj, or equivalent of Navy or Air Force. This position is offered strictly on a contract basis.

Eligibility and Requirements

Candidates applying for the Director position must be retired armed forces officers holding the rank of Lt Col, Maj, or equivalent ranks from the Navy or Air Force. The maximum allowable age for applicants is 55 years, calculated from the closing date of applications. War-wounded retired armed forces officers will be given preference during the selection process. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• Copy of CNIC.

• Photo Copy of Retirement Order.
• CV with all Necessary Details.
