Digital Skills Officer

Responsibilities

The Digital Skills Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital skills training programs. This role includes curriculum development, trainer management, and ensuring the quality of training delivery.
Your responsibilities also include managing projects, liaising with educational and governmental stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the technology that supports the digital skills development programs.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification Criteria: Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering (Communications), Business Administration (Management/Marketing) or equivalent degree (at least 16 years of education).
• Experience: 03 Years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 35

1. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
2. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easy paisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
3. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
4. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
5. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 26th March 2025
6. Last date for submission of online Application is 20th April 2025
7. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
8. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
9. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
