Deputy Registrar (BPS-18)

Position Overview

AIOU is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Deputy Registrar (BPS-18) on a regular basis. Based at the Main Campus, the Deputy Registrar will play a vital role in the university's administration, overseeing various registrarial functions and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this position:

• Qualification: A 2nd Class Master's Degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: A minimum of 05 years of experience in BPS-17 or an equivalent position within a Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or a university of repute.
• Age Limit: The age limit for this position is 35+5 years.

2. Application Fee: A processing fee of Rs. 1500/- for BPS-18 posts is required. The fee challan can be downloaded from the AIOU Job Portal.

3. Submission Deadline: The last date for the submission of online applications is 16 June, 2025.

4. Verification: At the time of the written test/interview, candidates must bring their original certificates and the original paid fee challan for verification. Information claimed in the online form will be treated as final.

Applicants working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and obtain an NOC.
