Project Overview

Applications are being accepted for the position of Deputy Project Director (Finance/Admin) for the PSDP project 'Modernization & Up-gradation of Pakistan Mint, Lahore Phase-II(A)'. This is a contract-based position where the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of this important government project.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • Education: An MBA (Finance) or M.Com from a university recognized by the HEC.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Public Sector or a reputed organization. At least 3 of these years must have been in a Public Sector Organization.
  • Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.

Terms of Appointment

The appointment will be governed by the following terms:
  • The selection will be on a merit basis for an initial contract of two years.
  • The contract is extendable until the project's completion, subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluation.
  • The role comes with a standard pay package (PPS-8) as per Finance Division regulations.
  • The job is located at the project site in Lahore.
  • No travel allowance or dearness allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for the interview process.
