Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Diamer Bhasha Development Company (Pvt.) Ltd. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
• Overseeing financial reporting and analysis.
• Managing financial risks.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Managing the finance team.
• Liaising with auditors and other external stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience

The Candidate must be a member of an organized body of professional accountants with total experience of Fifteen (15) years. At least Five (05) years financial management experience in Private Sector or Public Sector Company/ Organization at senior level position. The experience in international financial management and big infrastructure development projects will be preferred.
